Create your first screen
  1. Sign in at app.signa.tv and choose Add Screen.
  2. Install the app on your device (Android/Google/Fire TV guide).
  3. Pair using the on-screen code, name your screen, and assign a playlist.
Publish your first playlist
  1. Create a new playlist and add images/videos (1080p or 4K recommended).
  2. Set durations or dayparting (e.g., 7–11am breakfast, 11am–3pm lunch).
  3. Click Publish — players update within seconds.

Troubleshooting

FAQ

Do I need special displays?
No—Signa runs on common media players (Android/Google/Fire TV) and SoC displays (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS). Commercial panels are recommended for 16+ hours/day.
How fast do changes go live?
Typically within a few seconds. Players maintain a local cache so content continues even during brief outages.
Can I mix ads with house content?
Yes—use share-of-voice to reserve house slots and rotate sponsored creatives in the remaining inventory.
How do emergency alerts work?
Create an override message/playlist and trigger it from the dashboard. Overrides pre-empt scheduled content until cleared.
